The location was good, and I was across the road from the Museum of the Future. Breakfast offered a nice selection. The room had all the amenities I needed. I appreciated the staff's accommodating nature. They accepted my special requests.
The hotel seemed a bit dated. There were no modern recharging ports near the bed. I also experienced issues with hot water. Some of the furnishings looked quite dilapidated. It reminded me of the rooms had not been updated in a long time.

The hotel is very close to the metro station! it is only a short walk and two metro stops away from the largest shopping center. i was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist with luggage and opening doors. i really enjoyed the cute atmosphere. I'll recommend this place.
The hotel felt a little aged. It isn't quite a true five-star experience. the room decor felt a bit dated. Like a throwback to the nineties.

The hotel is conveniently located near various local restaurants and supermarkets. A money exchange is also very close. it has great access to the tallest building. The burj khalifa and other attractions are nearby too. metro station is a short walk away.

I arrived before check-in, yet the reception team worked to help me. Ahmed provided an upgrade and a nice room. I appreciate the team's politeness and attentiveness. Cleanliness was excellent, with easy access to the center and a great view.

The location is convenient to the metro station. This made getting around straightforward.
i often waited a long time as they were usually full. the food was also disappointing, specifically the quality at breakfast. i also found the wine was not adequately chilled at dinner.

I found the breakfast to be quite good (especially the omelets). Ms. Ron, the Customer Relations Manager, took great care of all my requests , which I valued. The location is convenient, as it is a short walk to the exhibition center and the metro line.
The furniture in the room looked somewhat old, which didn't quite match my expectations for the price I paid.

My Beautiful Room offered two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The bathroom was spacious. The room included a smart TV, great for streaming my own content. A safe was available inside the closet to store important documents or valuables.

The gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so I could continue my workout routine. The pool area includes about twenty loungers and a shaded section (important for sunny days). High-speed Wi-Fi access was available throughout the hotel.
